School Counseling and College & Career Readiness
The Poly Program
All courses at Baltimore Polytechnic Institute are college-preparatory. Poly graduates are highly pursued by colleges and universities, and often receive substantial scholarship aid. However, there are different tracks of acceleration and challenge within the larger school curriculum based on prior academic ability and merit. Each track has separate timelines and requirements. Information about all tracks and curricula can be found in the Counseling Office.
Academic Courses Include: English, Math, Science, and History
Poly has various academic tracks. A more detailed outline of course requirements can be found below under "course sequence."
To receive a Poly Diploma, students must finish their Poly Program and absolve ALL failures.
